This packaging method facilitates forklift handling while reducing plate movement and friction during long-distance transport. On-site, organized and secured stainless steel plate bundles were placed sequentially on wooden pallets. Staff arranged cargo positions according to specifications while inspecting pallets, straps, and wooden supports. For export cargo, packaging not only facilitates loading and unloading but also plays an important role in protecting product quality. Given the high surface quality requirements for this order, the outer packaging and plate edges were reconfirmed before container loading.
Container loading was also an important part of the order execution. As stainless steel plates are heavy cargo, improper arrangement of pallet dimensions, stacking height, and loading positions could reduce container space utilization and increase the risk of cargo shifting during transit. This shipment will be transported to South Korea by sea, with onward delivery to the client’s factory in Gyeonggi-do after port arrival. The destination is also related to the characteristics of the client’s industrial cluster. Gyeonggi-do is home to a large concentration of electronics, semiconductor, and high-end manufacturing companies, creating steady demand for stainless steel plates, metal structural materials, and production equipment supporting materials. The stainless steel plates in this order are primarily used for equipment enclosures, workbenches, support structures, production line components, and other metal-fabricated parts in electronics manufacturing environments. Since the end-use environment demands high material stability and appearance quality, the client stated during the inquiry stage that they expected relatively consistent product quality across different batches and strict delivery according to confirmed specifications.
