Recently, our company welcomed a group of important international visitors—a delegation from the South Sudanese oil industry. This visit focused on a key oil pipeline project, with the client aiming to assess our pipeline manufacturing capabilities and technical solutions.
On the first day of the visit, the client toured the production line. In the pipeline forming and welding area, they meticulously observed the automated production process. In the corrosion protection workshop, given the high temperatures and dusty operating environment in Africa, the client inquired about the coating’s adaptability. Our technical staff demonstrated the weather resistance and corrosion resistance data of our specially formulated coating through on-site comparative tests, gaining the client’s direct approval.
The technical seminar held the following day was both lively and pragmatic. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions for several hours on the technical details of the project. The client raised a series of specific questions, including terrain adaptability, thermal stress, on-site welding processes, and post-construction maintenance. Our team, drawing on past experience in projects in complex environments, provided systematic answers to each question, along with detailed data support and case studies. Particularly noteworthy was our pre-prepared logistical support plan for the African rainy season, which received high praise from the client, who considered it a reflection of our forward-thinking service approach.
At the post-visit debriefing meeting, the South Sudanese client representative remarked, “Through this on-site visit and candid exchanges, we not only witnessed your advanced production equipment and rigorous quality control system, but also felt the professionalism and sincerity of your team and their ability to solve practical problems. Your preparations exceeded our expectations.” The client particularly pointed out that some meticulous designs regarding transportation and installation demonstrated profound project experience and a customer-centric philosophy, expressing “great satisfaction and reassurance.”

This visit was not only a demonstration of product strength but also the establishment of deep mutual trust. Currently, follow-up work based on the visit’s outcomes has been rapidly initiated. The first batch of customized sample pipes has recently been shipped, and our dispatched technical coordinators are also in place to provide initial support to the client. We firmly believe that reliable products and dedicated service are the strongest bonds connecting global partners. We look forward to working with our South Sudanese partners to jointly pave this energy artery symbolizing trust and win-win cooperation.
