Securing 20,000-Ton Annual High-End Order, Our Group and South Korea’s NEV Leader Set a New Benchmark in Cross-Border Collaboration
The group has entered into a five-year in-depth strategic partnership with a leading South Korean new energy vehicle enterprise, jointly initiating a new paradigm for cross-border high-end material supply. During a three-day on-site inspection, the client team gained a comprehensive understanding of the group's robust capabilities in its ultra-high-strength steel production line, intelligent galvanizing line, and national-level testing center. According to the agreement, the first year's procurement volume will reach 20,000 metric tons, covering ultra-high-strength steel of 1500MPa grade or above for body structural components and O5-grade high-surface-quality galvanized sheets for exterior parts. Demand is expected to multiply with the launch of new vehicle platforms in the coming years. The two sides have innovatively established a "weekly-cycle supply" coordination system to achieve dynamic distribution and flexible production. The group commits to a comprehensive product qualification rate of 99.9%, supported by a quality incentive mechanism. The cooperation also emphasizes green and low-carbon initiatives: the group will provide lifecycle carbon footprint reports and assist the client in obtaining international green certifications. The first batch of products has now been successfully shipped, marking the entry of both parties into a new phase of mutual success and progress in the field of new energy vehicle materials, built on technological integration and precise collaboration.
