On March 23, the Party Committee of the China Iron and Steel Association held a study session on establishing and practicing a correct view of performance, as well as an enlarged meeting of its theoretical study center group. The meeting focused on studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on a correct view of performance, conveying the spirit of central meetings, and leveraging the exemplary role of key leaders. The meeting emphasized that a correct view of performance is the "master switch" for undertaking initiatives and starting businesses. It systematically studied the questions of "for whom are performances established, what kind of performances are established, and how are performances established?" and deployed a closed-loop mechanism of "learning—investigation—rectification—improvement" to promote the transformation of results. This aims to build consensus and inject momentum into the high-quality development of the steel industry, leading the industry to write a new chapter in the times with concrete actions and achievements.
