A total of 420 tons of galvanized steel coils passed final inspection at the warehouse center and were officially loaded into containers for shipment. The products will depart from Qingdao Port to Dammam Port, Saudi Arabia, for use in local industrial equipment manufacturing and steel structure construction projects.

The products in this order cover thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, with zinc coating specifications from Z120 to Z275. During the production process, the company strictly followed the customer’s technical standards to ensure that surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and coating uniformity fully met usage requirements. Upon receiving the order, the production, quality control, and logistics teams responded promptly and coordinated closely, making dedicated arrangements for the production schedule to ensure that the customer’s project timeline was not affected. Since this order involved multiple specifications, the production department scheduled the work backward from the delivery date, reasonably arranging the production pace of each line to ensure that products of different thicknesses and zinc coatings progressed simultaneously and were completed on time. Considering the heavy weight of the steel coils, the warehouse team prepared a detailed container loading plan in advance, reasonably arranging container weight distribution and cargo positioning. To prevent damage to coil edges during lifting and handling, operators used specialized lifting tools and protective pads, executing each movement with precision and care. To avoid cargo shifting during ocean transport, professional securing devices and anti-slip measures were applied to each coil. Given the long shipping periods and variable maritime conditions in the Middle East, the cargo was additionally protected with moisture-proof paper, anti-rust film, and metal edge protectors, and wooden supports and lashing systems were added inside the containers to reduce risks caused by vibration or humid conditions. The Logistics Manager explained that every step, from product packaging to container securing, strictly follows export transportation standards to ensure the cargo arrives safely at the customer site. He also mentioned that, to cope with high temperature and humidity during unloading at Saudi ports, an extra waterproof sealing layer was applied to the exterior packaging, maximizing product protection during transit and storage.

After a day of organized container loading operations, all 420 tons of galvanized steel coils were successfully shipped.
